The retirement and insurance arbitration scheduled for
Tuesday, March 24 through Thursday, March 26 at the Tempe Mission Palms has been
postponed. One of ALPA’s key witnesses has incurred a serious family medical emergency and
is unable to testify. We are in the process of rescheduling the arbitration for a later
date. We’ll announce the new date as soon as it is confirmed. Again, the upcoming
retirement and insurance arbitration has been postponed until a later date.
